Being Indecisive and Hating It!

I have always been indecisive, and maybe that’s not such a terrible thing when you are talking about the little stuff, but I am really cursing my lack pf ability in the decision department these days because I am no longer dealing with little problems. When a huge inheritance check finds its way into your wallet you need to have some idea of what to do with it, and though I know I want to invest it into a ranch, I have no idea where I want that ranch to be! Idaho? Colorado? Wyoming? Maybe somewhere completely different?
I want to raise game birds; I can do that in any of those states. I want to have adjacent hunting access land; they all can supply that too! I want a retreat setting for clients; all three look like pictures out of a vacation magazine! I’m not getting any help here. I guess it all comes down to price. Wyoming has some of the least expensive land, but a lot of it is prairie and I am wanting to raise upland game fowl; so though the colorado ranches for sale might be more expensive, they really fit the bill perfectly. Idaho is somewhere in the middle, but there is not as many properties available there.
I have no idea where to go from here, maybe leave it to fate? Should I close my eyes, spin around, and point? I’m just kidding (I can hear Granddad groaning in his grave), but honestly how am I suppose to decide?
